System Status Update
As of August 30, 2019 the AF SBIR/STTR System located at https://sbir-sttr.online15.net has been sunsetted. It is no longer being utilized by the Air Force SBIR/STTR Program. All future Phase I and II (including the 19.2/B BAA) proposals have been (and will be) loaded in to an internal Air Force SBIR/STTR Program database for evaluation and communication. All information regarding AF SBIR/STTR proposals will be communicated directly from the AF SBIR/STTR Managing Program Manager (PM) and/or Contracting Officer (CO).

If you are a Small Business Looking for Proposal Feedback:
Feedback may be received by written request. As is consistent with the DoD SBIR Solicitation, the request must be received within 30 days after non-selection notification receipt. Written requests for feedback should be emailed to the AF SBIR/STTR Contracting Officer.
Feedback requests should include the company name and telephone number/email address for a primary point of contact, as well as an alternate. Also include the topic number under which the proposal(s) was submitted, and the proposal number(s). Feedback requests received more than 30 days after non-selection notification receipt will be fulfilled at the Contracting Officers' discretion. Unsuccessful offerors are entitled to no more than one feedback session for each proposal.
